  1. Creates a $500 tax credit for a married husband and wife raising their biological children. The credit increases to $1,000 if a child is born during the marriage. To qualify, the couple must live in the same household for at least six months within the tax year.

    This was also introduced as SB 328 (2025) by Sen. Deevers.
