  1. Creates the crime of “coerced criminal abortion,” defined as administering abortion-inducing medication to cause an abortion without the pregnant woman’s knowledge.

    Classifies Mifepristone and Misoprostol as Schedule IV drugs, grouping them with substances that have potential for abuse and effects on the central nervous system, such as benzodiazepines (Valium, Xanax) and sleep aids (Ambien).
