  1. Gives tax credits to businesses that help their employees with childcare costs and to childcare workers. Employers can get back 30% of what they spend on childcare services, up to $30,000 per year, and childcare workers can get a $1,000 tax credit if they meet certain job and education requirements. The program starts in 2026 and ends in 2030.
