  1. A sunset clause was added, setting the bill to expire on November 1, 2028. This means the bill will end on that date unless the Legislature chooses to extend it.

  2. Helps child care workers qualify for Oklahoma’s Child Care Subsidy Program, which helps low-income families pay for child care while they work or go to school. Child care worker’s household income will not count when they apply for the program, making it easier for them to get financial help.
