An Act relating to children; providing income exemption for certain individuals when determining eligibility for child care subsidy program; directing provider to provide certain notice to Department of Human Services; providing that all other conditions for eligibility apply; providing for codification; and providing an effective date.

Helps child care workers qualify for Oklahoma’s Child Care Subsidy Program, which helps low-income families pay for child care while they work or go to school. Child care worker’s household income will not count when they apply for the program, making it easier for them to get financial help.
