Limits defined trafficking activity to delivery and intent to deliver an abortion inducing drug for the purposes of an abortion. Clarifies that the bill does not apply to preventative contraception.
Treats abortion inducing medication as an illegal drug and applies associated penalties. Criminalizes delivery, possession, possession, and advertising. Classifies activities as drug trafficking. Penalties apply when medication is intended for a pregnant person, not held by the pregnant person themselves.
