An Act relating to schools; defining term; requiring certain schools to make menstrual products available at no costs to students; providing for easily accessible location of products; directing adoption of certain policies and procedures; requiring submission of annual report to the State Department of Education; authorizing State Board of Education to promulgate rules; providing for codification; and providing an effective date.
