An Act relating to public health and safety; amending 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-236, which relates to definitions; eliminating reference to the Coordinating Council; repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-237, which relates to the Interagency Coordinating Council for Coordination of Efforts for Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.
