Supp. 2023, Section 1357), which relates to exemptions from sales tax; providing exemption for certain drugs; modifying exemption; providing for exemptions for diapers and baby wipes; providing for exemption for feminine hygiene products; providing exemption for baby bottles; providing exemption for breast milk pumping products; providing exemption for maternity clothing; providing exemptions for postpartum care products; and providing an effective date.
