Adds secondhand exposure of marijuana to the definition of felony child neglect.
Guardian can be charged if they “knowingly expose” a child or traces of marijuana are in a child’s system. A child is defined as an unmarried person under age 18.
Metriarch Note: “Or” means that either situation can lead to a charge against the guardian. “Knowingly expose” is not defined.
