Establishes a definition for “coercive control” as actions, threats, harm, or sexual coercion by a current or former partner or co-parent aimed at limiting a person’s free will and ensuring subservience. Such actions may include isolation, deprivation of basic needs, or control over movement, communication, behavior, or finances, often involving stalking or cyberstalking.
